Columbus, Ohio – (December 21, 2009) Chris Seelig, Director of Retail Services at NAI Daus Commercial Real Estate in Cleveland, Ohio, has completed multiple lease transactions with Bruegger’s Bagels in the Columbus area. Bruegger’s recently opened a 1,825 square-foot bakery in The Shops on Lane Avenue in Upper Arlington, Ohio. They have another location under construction at 1630 Neil Avenue on The Ohio State University campus, and scheduled to open in the spring of 2010. Bruegger’s Bagels has also leased the former Starbucks located at 530 North High Street in Worthington, Ohio. Bruegger’s is seeking two or four additional Bruegger’s Bagels locations to open in the Columbus area for 2010 with representation by NAI Daus.
