NAI Daus Brokers the Sale of a 40,212 SF Warehouse Facility
Walton Hills, Ohio – (January 14, 2010) MMERGY, LLC, has purchased a 40,212 square-foot warehouse facility at 7780 Northfield Road in Walton Hills, Ohio. MMERGY, LLC, who has a business relationship with Cleveland based, Arhaus furniture (www.arhaus.com), will utilize the space for Arhaus’s additional warehousing and storage needs due to business expansion. Robert Wetzel of NAI Daus represented the seller in this transaction; MMERGY, LLC was self-represented.
